Madison (RYT-200 and Certified Yogahour Teacher) found her way to the mat in 2006 as a way of finding stillness in a hectic life. Connecting breath with body through fluid strength training drives Madison to the mat, and she loves to share her passion with students. Madison trained in Washington, DC at Capitol Hill Yoga and has volunteered for Yoga Journal Live and Wanderlust festivals across the country.
When not helping people get bendy in the studio, Madison is a journalist pursuing her MA in Journalism at the University of Montana. She enjoys hiking and fishing with her blue-eyed border collie, Ruka.
