At Inner Harmony Yoga we teach yoga to the best of our knowledge and ability, and we strive to constantly improve our practice so you can enhance yours. We are all expertly trained in various styles of yoga by some of the best teachers in The West. We move around the room making adjustments and offering suggestions to deepen postures, allowing everyone in the class to move to his/her edge. If you feel uncomfortable being touched and/or have physical limitations please let us know so we can operate within your comfort level and allow you to achieve maximum benefit from the class.
