This two hour class is going to be a mixture of workshop, asana and meditation (and FUN!). We will explore some more advanced poses, but will need deep stretches to create the availability within our bodies for the bigger poses. We will workshop poses like Handstand, Pincha Mayurasana (forearm balance), and play with some advanced arm balances and back bends.

We will (at times) work with partners, so be prepared.

This class is designed for people to want to explore and go deeper with a longer practice, who have some familiarity with the asana listed above, and are working toward a more advanced level of practice.
