I was born in 1951 and grew up in Meeteetse, Wyoming. Actually.... I'm still growing up. I have two adult children, one puppy, two kitties and a gorgeous garden. Healing arts and spirituality have been with me my entire life.

I teach Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. The method is specific, profound, efficient, effective and influences the glandular and nervous systems. My intention is to share this technology with respect, love and laughter, and to take this ancient science seriously, and myself - hopefully - not too seriously.

Kundalini Yoga teaches techniques and awareness to stay healthy. You gain a strong immune system, vital glands, a strong nervous system, good circulation and an awareness of the impact of your habits. This foundation gives you energy and lets you deal with the mental and spiritual facets of your life.
