Maryl ‘s yoga practice and teaching are influenced primarily by the Anusara system of yoga. She is also a massage therapist at the Center of Integrative Healing, and is finishing her master’s degree in mental health counseling at the U of M. She was blessed to begin her exploration of yoga early in her life at a humble and beautiful studio in her hometown of Whitefish, MT. Her practice continued to grow throughout her undergraduate studies at Colorado State University, where yoga provided a peaceful refuge as she immersed herself in social activism through her interests in sociology, women’s studies, and Spanish.
