Vinyasa Yoga
A series of poses that flow effortlessly, pairing breath with movement of the body, while focusing on alignment. Attending you can expect to find something new and challenging from every class.

Intro to Yoga
A basics class, designed for students who have never done yoga, or have attended just a few classes. Typically this is taught in a 6-week series, where each class builds on the one previous.

Rise and Shine Yoga
An early morning version of Vinyasa Yoga. Classes will first warm up the muscles, then move into a flow of postures designed to give you energy throughout your day.

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini means 'the curl of the lock of hair of the beloved,' a metaphor to describe the presence of universal energy and consciousness within each of us. The Kundalini energy is feminine in nature and is often referred to as Mata Shakti, the feminine Mother energy of creation. Kundalini energy is considered the energy of the soul. When you experience this energy you feel awakened, sensitive and aware of your potential. Your body is a complex vehicle though which you experience your life. It has capacity for sensation, healing, regeneration, and radiance. The practice of yoga can raise your awareness so that your relationship with your body is more posivitve. Kundalini Yoga is the art of stimulating, accessing and directing energy. The tools used are breathe(pranayama), mantra (chanting), meditation, and Kriya (exercises). These
techniques bring body, mind, and breath into rhythmic untiy. In this state of oneness is where healing can occur. The rhythmic alginment of breath, body, and mind gained through this yoga practice bring deep relief from stress and result in a sense of true relaxation.

Backward Yoga
Backward Yoga is a Vinyasa class focusing on the energy giving Back-bending postures. Each week we will meet and flow our way through a series of postures to get our bodies stronger in the back body and more flexible in our front body, allowing us to bend in a safe manor. Click to read more.

Hip Yoga
Hip Yoga is a Vinyasa class focusing on stretching the hips. Classes will be a little more restorative, however, we will hold some standing postures to build heat allowing the hips to open more effectively. Click to read more.
