Kimberly Gladysz loves the way yoga can help us to enjoy life more from the inside out. She earned a MA in Body Psychology from Naropa University ’97 and has been practicing yoga for the past 20 years with a strong and fluid foundation in Ashtanga with Richard Freeman. Today, she instructs a gentle vinyasa flow that offers rejuvenation for any level practitioner. Bringing a light hearted approach to her classes, you can be sure to hear cues to our connection to the natural world, and always good music! As a mindfulness coach, her intention is to promote peace in the world.
