Sara has been teaching since 2005, and brings a multi-faceted approach to her yoga classes through playful vinyasa, pranayama and deep inner work. Her passion is in catalyzing moments of reconnection, vitality, and curiosity that service the work her students are doing in the world once they step off the mat. With a professional background in coaching and a penchant for neuroscience and anatomy, you’ll very quickly realize what a nerd she is about the brain and the body. When she’s not teaching at Inner Harmony, or running women’s retreats and workshops for her company, Hello Soul, you’ll find her on, in, or around the water and sunshine with her family.
